Kill Switch Anyone...?
I have been researching lot of immobilizer systems and didn't decide on one yet however this one seems promising - no wire splicing, no complicated install. Did you try the fuse box in the passenger footwell area to see if there is enough room?
BTW I posted a question to the vendor whether they can make a relay adaptor which can be used with this device that allows the fuse box to be closed fully.
I assume remote start function will stop working with this device unless you are able to disarm the device and then remote start it? That means I need to be almost next to the car to do it, isn't it?

I feel an excellent solution to possible theft and also pick up a plus of better engine response, is to get a throttle response controller. For $200 you can disable the gas pedal, limit it for valet parking, chose how you want the throttle to react while driving or kill the throttle all together. The car will start but no throttle response. I personally have one installed and I feel it has easily been one of my best car accessory investments.

I did order with two remotes and they work. I did install it in the fuse box in engine bay and tested it. I found that without this relay, the start is quicker but once installed I am noticing bit of cranking before engine starts. Is that because the ignition is cut off and takes a while to send signal? Not sure whether it will have any long term issue though...
I was responding to the person who installed a different device on their vehicle, an accelerator controller. With the cutoff relay, I haven't had any issues and don't even notice if it cranks longer. The only time I have an issue is if I forget to disarm the relay before pushing start and have to push the start/stop button to stop it from cranking continuously. Then I disarm and then start the car feeling a little foolish and yet relieved that the relay is working as it is intended.
