Francis is a one hell of freaking-A seller. I think he's the best seller I've ever met. Drove all the way from Irvine to Brea, to drop off the whole air suspension that so freaking heavy btw. And took his time to explain little things ( I don't even remember it anymore, they're that many! ) to make sure I understand. Honest seller. Can't be happier w/ the transaction.
