I contacted him several times, and I received two responses...
1. "I mailed it. You'll have it by the end of the week".
2. and then a fake tracking number.
He never responded to my many requests, and he didn't respond to paypal dispute. He stole $100 from me, and ran off like a petty thief. Karma's a real thing. Good luck Oscar Ventura, you thief.
