sillyboi12 aka Oscar Ventura stiffed me for a $50. PayPal payment for an alleged Fan Shroud he claimed he had and never shipped to me.
I want him banned! He won't respond to my PM's and PayPal is currently handling my dispute in order to get my $50. back.
