Rating Summary #445

Buyer first lowballed, then bought lights for asking price.. A couple days later before i had a chance to pm him he threatned to file a claim if i didnt send him a tracking number. I gave him the tracking number within two days of the actual ship date. He recieved the lights, then started texting me claiming that the lights have deep huge cracks. I told him there werent any when i shipped them, then he says you can only see them in the sunlight.. i told him to email me pics and he mails really close up pics of the lights in sunlight installed on his car that show minor tiny fracture things on the inner lense that you wouldnt be able to see under normal circumstances. There were no cracks. Also he claimed that a piece on the top was broken, which was not broken in my original postings pics or when i shipped them. so i tell him to file a claim with usps. because either he broke em or usps did. only thing that could be my fault is not getting insurance which he did not request until after i shipped them.
