Guy sent wrong ecu then wanted me to send my ecu for him to fix once I sent a paypal claim. He said his funds were locked up and couldn't send refund until feb 20th. I said ok and waited. 20th passed no refund. I text him and he said he'd refund me the next day. He didn't and then I had to text again. He said he was going to send the funds again. He sent me $7 of the $120 he owed me and said he was waiting on a check and would pay later. Well it's been 3 weeks sense then and no refund and he doesn't respond to text. Guy is a scamming scumbag and should be kicked off of CL. Not a stand up person at all and his word is useless.

Still waiting on work check to clear but I owe this guy $120. I still owe $113 for the record but this is only thing in my actual PayPal right now. . Sent using the PayPal Mobile application.
