It is very unfortunate you are unhappy with the services provided in December of 2014.. However, Opticoat was applied to your IS350. Regarding the cost you claim you paid.. I do not have a package for a mid size Sedan that costs $450. During that time, I was offering $50 off the One Step polish + opti coat (retail: $300). That would put you at $250 which is exactly what was paid. I do appreciate the business and hope to get the opportunity to see you in the near future!
