ok, im actually glad you made this public so that ALL the facts would be factored in. first off, i ripped off no one. you were interested in all the parts (except the airbox) in my fs thread (http://www.clublexus.com/forums/2gen...rpump-etc.html). if you read all 3 pages, you will see that i specifically stated LOCALS only, i denied many others who expressed interest in the parts for sale because i have no means to accept payment, you were no exception but you insisted in sending payment via bank wire for $290 for all the parts. at this point, you also suggested with the idea of giving me your "uncles" fedex account for me to ship the items. now, when i went to the drop off place, the clerk asked which shipping method i prefer, i requested "the cheapest possible" those were my exact words, although you never really discussed which method you wanted, logically, i assumed the most economical. ok, now shortly after texting you the tracking numbers, you replied informing that they were shipped expressed airbill instead of ground airbill, but as i said prior, i optioned for the "cheapest" method since you really didn't specify. now...you claim that you tried to intercept both packages but this wasn't guaranteed by fedex, and thus you say you had to pay an additional $255 to return the items to me, this is where i scratch my head because it makes zero sense to me. furthermore, i made it clear to you that i'd be moving soon, and i actually had the packages shipped from a local drop off service 2 blocks from my brother house since i didn't know any nearby drop off service around my new house, so when you returned the items back, it went to his house...i had about 2 weeks before actually stopping by his place, and when i did, i realized the yakima rack was incomplete, 2 of the q bars were missing along with the 4 rubber inserts, the box showed evidence of being opened and re-taped, the fuel filter, the "L" emblem and poly steering bushing were missing. i also forgot to mention that i received 2 bills from fedex to my brother's house in my name totaling the $255 that you claim you paid for. after speaking to a supervisor named Debbie, she informed me that since the recipient refused delivery, the sender is responsible to the charges.
and this is why i refrain from shipping when paypal is not involved. you simply could of just avoid giving me your "uncles" fedex account and just arrange with fedex to do a home pick up while picking your preferred method of shipment.
i have the fedex account number, both tracking numbers and the entire text and PM's for further investigation

Ok here goes again.
1. I insisted on the bank wire because you said you had no paypal (hmmmm I wonder why). That should have been my first sign. But I tried to trust you due to your (4) positive transactions.
2. I know you claimed to have said cheapest way possible, but wouldn't you verify that they chose the cheapest way before leaving? I mean cmon, overnight!!! from NY to CA!!! I couldnt do that by accident.
3. (for the millionth time) I tried to intercept the items as soon as I tracked them and found out that you had sent one of the packages overnight and the other express saver!!! I asked fedex what the fees would be and they said OVER $300.00 So they said I could attempt to cancel the package (which would return to sender) but would definitely cost less than the $300.00+. they couldnt guarantee if they could stop it in time because you sent it OVERNIGHT which means its expedited and the cancellation order might not be seen in time, plus it was right before Christmas which meant that they were swamped with packages and they might not get to it before it left the NY station. THAT IS WHY I ATTEMPTED TO HAVE THE PACKAGE CANCELLED AND RETURNED TO YOU. THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SWITCH THE PACKAGES TO GROUND SINCE I WAS NOT THE SENDER......I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND IT THIS TIME I HAVE EXPLAINED THIS TO YOU NUMEROUS TIMES NOW. this should have cost at most $50 if you would have shipped it correctly. Unfortunately the packages made it to culver city before being sent back.
4. You repeatedly claimed (why would i refuse the pcakages at my door) and that you didnt know if I had opened the packages and then returned them to you. You said you couldnt check them because the packages were at your brothers house. OK READ CAREFULLY.....YOU HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBERS FOR BOTH PACKAGES YOU CAN TRACK THEM YOURSELF AND SEE THAT THEY NEVER REACHED ME. THEY WENT AS FAR AS THE CULVER CITY STATION. MY ADDRESS IS IN LOS ANGELES NOT CULVER CITY THEREFORE YOU CAN TRACK AND VERIFY[/U] THAT I NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGES THIS SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE SINCE YOU CAN TRACK THE PACKAGES i DON;T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND THAT. TRACK IT AND YOU WILL SEE. Also why would I receive a package take a few useless parts out of it and send it back?????
5. You said you received 2 bills and that you PAID them. Well so did I and here is the proof. Notice how it says paid cc. That means I PAID IT. Actually I was going to post the picture but then I figured you might try to show that to fedex and get a refund for your shipping and charges and (if you actually paid them) and even if you did pay them, you paid them with my money. I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHOW THEM TO THE MODS THOUGH. Now where is your proof??? I asked you for proof numerous times. Even if you did pay them, why wouldnt you show me proof so that at least I could have the charges refunded for the "apparent " double charge????? I tried to work this out and you just completely ignored me.
6. You tried to resell the parts without even contacting me. You claim to have text me while I said I was out of the country, but guess what. I told you i would be gone for two weeks and as soon as I got back and turned my phone on, I received all of the text messages that had been sent to me while I was gone.....and of course, yours wasn't there. Why didnt you try to PM me before selling the items??????? You also answered my call when I called you (because you weren't familiar my number) I could tell I caught you by surprise. And you said sorry bro, I'm busy right now and I'll call you in 45mins. What a surprise, you never called back and never answered my calls again....
