Rating Summary #12,672

I was going to leave a negative trader rating, but I am giving Khoa the benefit of the doubt. Khoa contacted me regarding my roof spoiler and front lip I had for sale. He then wanted my personal number to call so I gave it to him. I spoke with Khoa and answered all his questions at length. He asked if he could pay $400 on Wednesday, Oct 17th. He said he would pay the remainder on Monday and I said I would ship same day. Khoa then continued calling and texting various questions which I tried to answer (it is a spoiler and lip, not much you can say). He then text me sayng he sent the remainder of the money on Saturday, Oct 20th. I text him back same day saying I would ship Monday, Oct 22. He tried calling 2-3 more times that weekend, but I could not answer due to a wedding and being with family. Khoa then called on Monday morning and I text him back saying I was in a meeting, what did he need? I received no response and I went ahead and shipped items on my lunch break Monday, Oct 22. When I returned to work to PM him tracking #, I was greated by two paypal e-mails saying Khoa was filing a claim for "items no received"????? How could I have shipped them any quicker? I have been on the board for many years, all positive ratings, he had my cell number, work e-mail, etc. When I contacted him, he apologized, but this delayed my payment due to the claim and I still have not received the money into my checking account. Paypal founded in my favor, but due to the claim, it pushed my money a week out. Khoa, if you wonder why I am leaving you a nuetral rating, I feel that you need to learn a lesson from this. You had no right filing a non-ship claim against me and what you did was wrong. I know you are new to these boards and it is a great community. I hope you treat others with more respect and trust than I was shown.
