These guys are common auto shop types. No follow through. If you have submitted a photo for this calendar and never got your copy please let me know via PM. They are profiting from a photo I took and all they had to do was follow through with a copy. Most don't complain. But I am.

For my shoots I charge $1,000 a day. They used my photo in a calendar for national sales! Maybe international. I let them use the photo free of charge so they could use my car in the calendar. This was the agreement with all the submissions. I never got one. it's been MONTHS. How typical.

I have it in my right as the sole owner of the image and only one with copyright protection under the federal government to use this photo. NO ONE by law can use it without my consent. This is not a criminal offense it's a monetary issue. So I can sue for the money I would charge and have them stop production of the calendar plus my lawyer fees.

They are obviously too stupid to know or to irresponsible to care.

we tried to be as accommodating as possible to you and your needs, please don't take out your aggravation at the world on us.

We shipped you your calendar twice, and asked you on the third time that it wasn't received to cover the shipping and a delivery confirmation, but you refused.

If you still want the calendar, we can ship it, but you need to pay for the shipping/delivery confirmation.
