Clark and VIP Auto Salon lack integrity and does not respect costumers. Ordered a spoiler on 11/19 with an ETA of 4 to 6 weeks. Half a year later and they're still giving me the runaround and ignoring my emails. They did not even give me the decency of a refund although I practically begged for a civil resolution. I had to take this up my credit card company. VIP Auto Salon is hands down the worst company that I ever had to deal with. I gave them SEVERAL opportunities to remdy the problem by just simply keeping in touch more often but they never followed through. I regret that my first experience on Club Lexus with a vendor happen to be probably the sorriest company on the forum.
