That is incorrect.

The Authentic Toyota Japan TRD Elegant front lip only the "short" fits J-spec/non US-Spec bumpers.

There is an L-Tuned/TRD USA manufactured urethane front lip which is modeled after the TRD Elegant front lip to fit US Spec bumpers. Mind you they never released/sold the L-Tuned branded US Spec front lip for sale. The intial 20 or so that were originally made but was later sold in the gray market a few years ago (I purchased an original one for my IS300).

Can you double check to make sure you have the right model. Is this made from poly or frp?

this lip is made to fit the USDM bumper. It's made of urethane.

There are a few scratches on the bottom of the lip, are these visable when it is on the car (even when you look from a low angle). Is this lip painted MSM? I'm interested, but $450 for a used l-tuned lip is pretty steep.

The scratches are viewable if you are looking at the lip from a low angle. It is painted MsM. This lip has been sold previously by other members non-painted for $600. It is very rare and discontinued. You can find FPR L-Tuned lips for $2xx.00 but they're not polyurethane or authentic. Thanks for the interest.
