So in fear of taking my Lexus back to Lexus Kelowna for "Professional advice" I thought id reach out to club lexus family for proper friendly help.

2006 IS250 RWD Staggered 225/255 sport 39,xxx miles bought used. On new tires now.

Suspension looks sagged on the drivers rear but based on driving from speeds between 0-100 miles per hour I hear no noise, feel no strange handling, nor sense any vibrations or violent or mild bumps.

I have posted a few times about the suspension, and this is my last hope that one of you professionals can solve this issue before my crappy Kelowna Lexus dealer does a mediocre job.

So I wrote some differences in tire clearance and the difference when jacket up incase parts are bent.
I hope my pictures make sense and will be helpful. Ill also post mechanisms inside the wheel well incase you guys notice something.

Is the difference significant to cause damage to my car or my tires? What does the visual diagnostics show you?
