This just happened to my wife's car today. All warning lights on as described above and initially she said it was shaking badly. When I came home to check her car, I didn't experience any shaking but the lights are still warning. Do I need to take to dealer to reset? Seems like a common unsolvable problem according to my internet research.
BTW, I did an oil change 2 days ago and reset the oil maintenance light and car is IS250 AWD with about 63k mi.
The reminds me of my S2000 which also has a map sensor that is sensitive to weather changes and the symptoms are very similar. Loss of power, shaking and check engine light which goes away the next day.

Hi-
I got 06 is250 AWD.. While driving in the rain, I got Blinking Check Engine, VSC on, and loss of power. Got home, restarted the car and everything is back to normal now.. Will I be able to retrieve any error codes from that incident or it can only be done while Check Engine is on? Is loss of power in my case = misfiring = problem with exhaust valves (Lexus TSB)? Thank you in advance.

I had this problem on my IS250 awhile back, I assumed it was misfires. I took it to the dealer they thought that I needed new valve springs so I waited for a week for them to ship it. In the end they said that my car had a lot of carbonation and they decarbonated it, it seems to be a common problem on the 250 engine, on the 350 its cool because of different fuel injection methods.
