worn? already? well i guess... we don't get much rain in socal so i don't use mine very often and they look pretty new. just kinda surprised to see someone replacing the wiper blades.

Thanks Javy for the info.
Mine are not worn out yet, but I really like the Valeo ones. I was just going to pick some because there is a good deal on tirerack & I'm ordering winter tires at the same time.

Even if you rarely use them, sunlight and ozone cause the rubber to deteriorate. Most experts recommend replacement once a year.

didn't know that... but thanks for the info. i just replaced them on my old car when it looked like they needed to be replaced. got the car in april so i got a while to go...

Wiper Assembly
'08 IS250
The wiper blade assy has four or five plastic pieces that run the length of it which snap together. I lost the end piece on the passenger side.. I can't find this part on-line..only the blades. Hopefully, I don't have to buy the whole wiper assy just to replace this piece of plastic.
Any suggestions?

After I examined the assy again, there's only three plastic pieces...a long middle piece and a shorter piece on each end.
I don't know when the piece flew off. Could have been at the car-wash (most likely). I just figured it wouldn't be covered under warranty.
