Awd only comes in 250. And it has a Awd badge on the back. Also has different wheels.

I highly doubt its a awd if it doesnt have the emblem badge. What year is it. Does it have stock or aftermarket wheels?

Another way to tell:

the AWD has a dramatic "intrusion" of the driver's floorboard rearward from the gas pedal due to the transfer case/front diff/whatever
the RWD, on the other hand, does not

Welcome to Club Lexus

Being its an 09, I'm sure if it were AWD it would say so.

But just in case here are some rambling thoughts:

Crawl under the front and just look for the front transaxle.

You could pop open the hood and if its an all wheel drive vehicle there will be a yellow caution sticker with a AWD emissions warning.

You could also check the window sticker or sales slip for the car. If all else fails just sign into the Lexus owners website and it will decipher you VIN and tell your what you have.

Good Luck

Smaller brakes and the infamous transfer case bump near the gas pedal are dead giveaways.
