Lug nut size and torque please

Getting ready to switch over to summer tires. can somebody let me know what the lug nut size is and to what i need to torque them to? thanks in advance!

Don't know the lug size but I believe the torque is 76.I go 80.

P.S. Most aftermarket wheels use cone style lugs.

You need 12mm x 1.5 lugnuts, and Lexus specs call for 76 ft/lbs of torque.
