Default rear bumper removal/installation

Does anyone have instructions on how to remove/install the rear bumper? Perhaps from the service manual? I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks

Its really quite simple. Theres one screw you have to release on either side of the bumper at the wheel well. Once you do that the two sides of the bumper will pull off with a little effort. Then you have to take out the screws underneath the bumper and above the bumper around the trunk. Here's my thread of my wald diffuser install. I took my bumper off to do it. You might get a better sense after looking at the pics...

Thanks guys. I had a little mishap and had to order a new bumper. My old bumper got caught on one of those concrete things at a parking lot and tore right off from the passenger side and a bit from the driver side. Fortunately the only thing that broke was the passenger side lower support. Do you have to remove the wheels to get to the top bolt? Or can you reach it from the bottom? Thanks again guys
