Well i dont know if this is the right place for this but here goes.
Back on dec 6 i purchased a 2008 is350 that had the xpkg, ml/nav, and some other goodies on it. It was black, paint code 212. Anyways i bough thte car blindly because i already owned a is350 that was starfire pearl. so after they prep the car for dealivery the sales guy came to me and told me to bring it back monday. this car was swirled and had some scratched. well long story short, lexus attempted to detail it 4 times with no success. so after they called me in today i was upgraded to a starfire pearl is-f with ml/nav and the basics like cargo net and mats. they took my orginal down payment on the black is350 and just rolled it over toward the is-f. so after a huge discount from them i will be picking the f up tomorrow.
i will say +1 for Lexus of Riverside for being so kind in the transaction. The sales people there are simply amazing and they go far beyond my expectation to make me happy.

thanks everyone. i have been looking around this board for about a year now but never in the is-f section. i was getting ready to pull the trigger on some volks for the black is350, but i am glad i hadnt. good things come to those that wait.
^the two brothers in there are both very nice. they are always very friendly and are very easy to get along with and talk to. on days where the car is in for routine service, we find ourselves in there chatting so the time flys by. and i didnt know the parts department closes at 5 either.
