I think the perception really is the white seats look fantastic when in the showroom, but look like crap if you're lazy and don't want to spend everyday maintaining them.
I was going to get white seats, but the fact I buy and wear a lof of raw denim that bleeds just = bad news lol

I had the option of going with Starfire Pearl with White Seats, but eventually changed my mind.
My other car has seats with silver inlays and they are so hard to keep clean. I knew the white would pick up everything but they sure do look good in the showroom.
