Does anyone have steps on how to remove the grille emblem covering the grille radar sensor?

Is there any precautions to take if removing it like calibration of the sensor? What about to remove the bumper? I've heard that some cars are very sensitive to the radar sensor and that if you disconnect it, it loses calibration or something. Can anyone shed any light on removal precautions and bumper removal precautions for radar based bumpers please?

Is this on an is-f or is250?

 

IS-F. although i'm sure the radar setup on the 250, 350 and IS-F should technically be the same.

old one took a nasty rock hit and damaged bad so looking at replacing it.
