Default RRRacing USRS installed now my front end rattles (poor installation maybe)

As the post says I installed the USRS and the hype is true.
The car does "feel" tighter however I didn't get that night and day difference people speak about.
Well I drove it today on some bumpy roads and the front end was rattling real bad.
My thought is the USRS has tightened up the front to the point where everything else is showing how much of a bad shape the front end is.
End links
Control arm bushing
Sway bar bushing
Shocks
So chances are this is why I'm not seeing that massive improvement.

Anyone had this issue after installing the USRS ?

P.S. all those items shove have been ordered and are on the way.

There are hundreds of ISF owners with the USRS... if rattling was an issue you can bet it would be plastered all over social media by now.

As you said, the most likely case is you have another issue.

For the installation, did you use any grease?

Hey Rafi
Don't get me wrong my friend I'm just highlighting the bad state my car is in hence the reason I'm not getting the full advantage of the USRS.

Wanted to hear if it's something I may have done incorrectly like idoke said.

I did put some Grease but after seeing some videos online I think I could have put more.
Thanks for the nudge in this direction idoke1
When my other parts get here I'll add the Grease.

My USRS have been on for 3+ years now......or basically the first month Rafi released them I got them?.........anyhow no issues with mine in the years I've had them on the car. Hopefully you can narrow down what's causing the rattling your encountering?

they do make noise since they are stiffer durometer compared to the oem ones, they do give you better steering response and braking but noise increases. i went away from this type of bushings and ended up with rcf/gsf ones and so far i am happy with them, i feel this is the best choice for daily driving and also saving your tires from inner wear.

Update time
I was able to remove the USRS and re Grease the shaft as well as add Grease to the main bolts.
I didn't Grease the bolts the first time.
Rechecked the spacing and preload and then bolted everything back up
The noise is definitely gone now.
I haven't given it as long drive but i know it'll be satisfying.

So I'll chuck this one up to poor installation on my part.

On another but somewhat related note, I was still hearing a slight rattle so I upgraded my end link to figs which helped greatly but I also noted that I was still getting a rattle.
I've since tracked this down to the retaining clips on the brake pads.
The rears shake around alot so I've ordered the updated shim for the rear pads. Will pay part number later and photos when I get them.

I think this should solve all rattles that I currently have.

See photo of figs end link and poly bushing below.

Sorrythis is us not true... soft OEM RCF bushing simply mask issues you already have, like installation related or tire imbalance. This is why Lexus uses them, they don’t want folks bugging them for NVH issues.

I also had the same issue with noise at bumps. After regreased the main bolts and retorque with correct specs. USRS is the best afforable mod ive done to my 08 ISF. I had minor bottoming out issues with 20" wheels on bcracing w/swift coils. Now it rides stiffer and im not afraid to hit those bumps anymore. Run them over at full sleep! Beep Beep!

Installed mine a few weeks ago and performed awesome on the track at Pitt Race this weekend. Nice solid steering feedback and linear braking. After the install I do get a decent amount of vibration through the chassis at 100mph+ but I'm hoping a re-torque or wheel.re-balancing will eliminate that.

If anyone cares. I swapped the wheels and no longer have a vibration at 100mph+. So wheel balance is the issue and not the USRS.
