Ive been planning on getting rr headers and tune package.
if this is a valey leak, could this be cheaper to fix while i get the headers installed?
What part number for valley leak?

I think the only part number for the valley leak is the sealant needed. One of the most common ways to confirm valley plate issue that ive seen is bore scoping the the area and checking for any coagulated coolant of flooding down the center canal. hope this help.
there is no "cheap" fix for it. id say coolant issue > headers. this coming from someone with an active exhaust leak.

Second these two areas Headers and Valley Plate leak are totally unrelated areas. Two totally different locations one is on top of motor the other is exhaust manifold. Headers cost anywhere from $600 at pvt shop to around $1000 at dealership. Time if shop has done before 5 to 6 hr if not can take up to 8hrs if never done before.
You could have bad radiator or hoses check them out first.
My advice address coolant issues first then headers. If you cash knock them both out at same time saves on downtime.

Just had the same thing happen on my 08 with only 76k. Couldn’t really see a leak or detect signs of a leak on the garage floor. Ended up being a leak at the water pump that burned off while driving. However I will say if you replace it may as well replace the radiator. Two weeks later my radiator delevoped leak on the top tank. After researching many complain about failure with their F’s. Oh and since your transmission lines will be loose may as well considering replacing trans fluid/filter.
Just sharing from my experience.

Radiator top tank failures on Toyota products are common, but rarely happen during warranty. The only reason I have a PWR radiator in my Supra is because the OEM radiator top tank cracked at about 10 years old. The PWR won't die the same way the OEM did, it's entirely aluminum.
If your vehicle was part of the recall for the fan screws, you would have more than likely got a new radiator free from Lexus. I know I did, and a whole lot of other members did too.
