I like it, very nice touch. Much better than the scuffy plastic I notice every time I get in the car. Good work.

Yep it's a sticker of ebay, one thing I notice is how many times you hit the sills with your feet, if you do this use 3M warp top notch product don't wrap with cheap stuff cheers.

How easily do the sills pop out/off?

Very easy 4clips on the front sill 2 on the back, use a plastic trim tool to pry up off the body and 1 little clip front and back inner, just run your hand under the sill and carpet and pull a bit cheers.

What a great idea, dont know why i didnt think of it earlier lol. Copied you again mate.

Well only done 1 sill, ran out of time, father duties but will finish the rest soon.

Didnt use great quality wrap as i had an old roll left over so figured may as well use it up. If it lasts then great, if not, this was good practice and ill use better stuff next time :-)

Not the best photos and its gloss carbon wrap but using my heat gun, it did wrap properly despite the pics.

Only difference, i decided to wrap the base part as well around the silver Lexus plate. Just had to use the blade carefully to cut that part out

Looks good, I was going to do the whole sill but the Lexus plate is stuck in, I didn't want to stuff it taking it out, but its one of those jobs you can redo so easy cheers.

Thought it give it a go but didnt remove the silver Lexus plate. Just used the heater gun and wedge tool to indent the cutout of the Lexus plate and carefully used the blade to cut it out. Turned out ok.
Funny thing though, i used my extra leftover carbon wrap and after doing 3 sides, realised i dont have enough for the last one. So do i buy better quality film now and it probably wont match or just buy a little of the one i used lol. First world problems i know haha

The shiny wrap looks good on black cars.I keep a micro fibre rag in the door now if I scuff them I give them a wipe, don't know how long I will do this though 😀
