Default Matador Mica Red ISF

Hello,

I am new to the forums.

Are Red (Matador Mica) ISFs rarer than other colors for the ISF?

I am looking to purchase one in red, just having a difficult time finding one (2011-2014).

Thanks,

Brett

welcome to the forum Brett! i personally feel the Red and the Blue are hard to find, i saw a majority of silver and white when i was looking for mine. Also, believe there was a Red one for sale here on the forums and maybe two on carguru, good luck on the hunt!

Thanks for taking the time to respond, Monkey!

I did see two (red) on Cargurus, but I believe they are before 2011 (when they upgraded suspension).

I know there is a modified 2010 in FL, but owner wants to deal local. (I am in Chicagoland)

I will just have to stay on the hunt, hopefully I get lucky!

gotcha, yes the updated suspension is definitely a plus, i rode on my friend 08 MY and the 11+ are a much more forgiving ride.

Welcome to the forum. Red does seem to be as rare as blue. Definitely wait for a 11+

Not really I mean it wasn’t a popular color but if you want a real unicorn look for a nebula gray pearl with red interior 😉

If you're seeking from 08-14 you shouldn't have to many issues finding one but... if you're looking 11-14 you will struggle finding the perfect Matador, Nebula or Ultrasonic

There is an 2008 for sale at CarMax near me in Dayton but it's priced a little too high.
Not sure I've seen any red other than 2008-2009.
Good luck with your search!

There's a 2011 that has been listed, but it's in New York. Good luck with your search though.

Matador red mica is definitely a rare color for the ISF. Not much was made in that color. Nebula gray is probably the rarest of all oem color ISF.

Thanks for the info. I think only 11K were made in total (all ISFs). I think you are right, probably will have to accept "some" imperfections.

Thanks for the heads up!

I researched this particular vehicle. It looks to have had six owners as well as being in an accident. Real bummer about the accident.
