X-Force exhaust. Got mine brand new shipped for $630 almost 2 years ago and no complaints besides having to trim the tips to install but from what I understand that issue has been resolved.

You have a car when new was 65k that only 5,100k were brought to US, it's rare, a head of it time with several design features such as the 8-speed transmission, direct and port injection, even infamous fake exhaust tips, power dome hood, vents on side of front fenders etc all features and stly styling cues that are currently being used on all sorts of cars today from BMW, Merc, Audi you name it. So why cheap out? if you don't have cash right then hold off until you do. You can remove the mufflers but that's going to make An Extremely Loud and kind of obnoxious sounding, You can go with decent set of axle back mufflers or more expensive cat back set up or if you like a nice induction sound you can go with the RR racing tuned intake setup that'll cost you a little over $300, axel back $500 range cat back from $600 to $4000. For $1,000 could get you the X-Force exhaust RR racing Tuned intake or equivalent and your car will sound great.
Personally I would prefer a nice refined powerful sounding car versus something just loud and obnoxious.

off topic - keep an eye on your alternator. Ever since I bought my car the voltage indicator bar always sat 1 step above the battery icon. Then one day I noticed that it dropped one step down (even with the battery icon...like yours). It stayed that way for about 5 months until one day the car wouldn't start. I troubleshot the issue and found that the alternator went out. Every car is different, but I just wanted to share my experience.

Thanks for the heads up. Mine has been one step higher most of my 5k miles of ownership, first time I noticed it lower like that. Have a three year 30k warranty so might as well get it checked out...
