Default New ISF - Busy Weekend - And an Intro

Hey everyone. New to the forum and picked up a 2011 SFP ISF 2 weeks ago. I was pretty active on a couple other forums and I hope to do the same at CL. A little early to start a build thread, but I wanted to introduce myself and share some progress. I picked up some BC Coilovers w/ Swift Springs from b2designs (thanks Charles) and some new Brembo rotors and pads. Just a start... it needs a good paint correction and some wheels desperately. If you have a good lead on some 19" TE37's let me know. I'm still a noob and I can't start a WTB thread . I've checked with a couple vendors and no luck. But anyway I will quit ranting... hope to get to know everyone and see some other members out in the DFW area.

Right After I Picked Her Up

Ready For Some Work

Time For Some Coils

Shes Down and Almost Ready

Forget the car, I'm more jealous of the scissor lift and the cutout spot in your garage for it. haha

Awesome. There have been several SFP ISFs in the DFW area. Where did you find this one if you don't mind me asking? Was it the one with 65k miles and four owners by any chance?

Appreciate it. It comes in handy for smaller jobs like this.

Yes you are correct. I was a little apprehensive of the car at first but I had a Lexus Master Tech look it over. The thing that drew me to it the most was the almost perfect interior and a very solid service history. I'm going to be doing a ton of general maintenance and swapping parts out to new so hopefully I have her as close to new before long.
My OCD kicks in when I swap cars .

I'm looking forward to it as the weather clears up. Definitely stop and say hey!

Thanks. It has 66k which is a little higher than I was looking for, but it won't be my daily so I can keep that number down and still have fun.

I haven't been in TX too long, but I'm hoping to get more familiar with the scene this summer. I have always been jealous of CA with all the cars and tons of JDM goodness on local shelves.
