"If you see Make Offer below the Buy It Now price in the listing, the seller accepts Best Offers from buyers. You can negotiate the price with the seller, giving you the opportunity to buy the item for less than the Buy It Now price. The seller can accept your offer, decline your offer, or make a counteroffer."
But youre right, I dont see Lexus pawning their wares on Fleabay very often.

Definitely don't agree with that statement... Unless it's a "Mom and Pop" store or someone I know that needs the money you bet I will try and get it for cheaper (and usually do)... especially if they advertise accepting offers (like in this scenario) or wanting to beat other sellers prices.

O of course not, I used to buy tail lights for less than $100 a piece for my other car. I don't see the seller lowering his price maybe even increase it because its a Lexus thing and people are going nuts for it.

Not to say you did but $100 each can get you some pretty cheesy tail lights off fleabay. While I know it's all a matter of personal taste I must say I was pretty pleased with the value proposition of these particular tails. The design is above average and dont look aftermarket, if that makes sense. The transformation is drastic and downright sexy and, though it may sound strange, I kinda feel theyre worth more than the $360 I spent.

I just bought some from VlandInnovate on eBay and his communication is fantastic. I'm in New Zealand but he offered to do the shipping for free like he does for US buyers, and even though there was some difficulty getting around the preset international shipping price on eBay he was more than helpful and it all worked out well. I actually ended up offering him $312 USD and he accepted. I did notice that there was a seller on AliExpress called Yuanzheng Carlamp Store that has them for $299 USD with free shippingbut, even though I've bought hundreds of things on AliExpress before, they were a new store so I was worried about getting ripped off from an unauthorized seller so decided to stick to the actual Vland dealer on eBay. Anyway, as it turns out, it's the exact same company (found this out when paying for it through eBay as 'Zhejiang Yuanzheng Auto & Motorcycle Accessories' is their PayPal name), so you can buy them through AliExpress from the same seller for a slightly cheaper price. Will post pics when mine arrive.

However they do run $10 or $15 off coupons about once a month (one already happened this month). Might be worth waiting for if you think that is worth it.

A sitewide 20% off is extremely rare. I'm not sure if I've ever seen it happen before this actually... so I wouldn't plan on waiting for another one unless you feel lucky enough to win the lotto.
