Default 14 ISF - USB on Black

Greetings, I came across this 2014 USB ISF on Carmax today. No association, just posting in case anyone is looking for a late model USB F.

Did they swap out the seats or did the '14 go back to all leather seats with embossed F logo headrests

^^^^Looks like alcantara to me. Yes, the 2014 ISF had "F" embossed headrests in front. This is a very rare car, and should be snapped up.

The seats in the 14s are all leather with the addition of the F logo on the headrests from the 08 NM cars. There is alcantara on the door panels and center console.

Though the 2014 IS-F MY is rare, for $45k, you can get a 2015 or 2016 RC-F with similar or less mileage.

I don't recall them changing the seats back to all leather... I feel like they swapped out the seats, minus the headrest.

**edit: nevermind. A quick Google search tells me they switched back to all leather for black interior and the red interior now becomes Alcantara with red trim.

There were a few guys looking for ISF's on this forum a few days ago. And Carmax will ship cars for less than $650 to california.

I would MUCH rather have a 14 ISF over a '15 RCF for many reasons. Also, willing to bet that the '14 ISF will hold it's value better than a '15 RCF with similar miles. Sit back and watch in the next few years.

I'm one of those guys in Cali looking for one. Lol Wish I had the funds for this one, 46k is too much for me. If only it was 14-12k less. :/

Just out of curiosity, why do you think the RCF is losing value so much quicker?

I went and looked at this car a few weeks ago. It is rough, very dirty inside and worn! Even the plastic trim the trunk is beat up. Real shame, car needs to be in low 30-32 before I would even consider.

Well, to some people, $60k-$80k isn't a lot of money. Case in point, I have a close friend/customer that makes 14 million a year...which equates to around $260,000 a week. He gets the nice's things and beats them all up, gives 2 *****s about taking care of anything...has his fun with them, then shortly after ditches it and in to the next. There are PLENTY of people out here consistently making that kind of money....so hardly a rare case.
Although I don't think this was the case if this ISF. I believe this car was a lease. People tend to treat lease cars pretty bad as well..... after 3 years, trade em in and move on....won't do them any good to go the extra mile to take car of it since they don't, and won't own it.
Hopefully this F will go to a caring owner who will bring it back up to snuff. After all, only 86 of these rare birds in the states😔.

V.
