Default Deleting the Second Cats (California)

Probably super repetitive on this topic, but has anyone here pass smog by deleting the secondary cats in California? I'm planning on getting a custom exhaust with a Corsa Muffler if possible. If not then I would plan on making a location in my exhaust with a quick switch from straight pipes to secondary cats.

Hypothetically speaking I may have the 2nd cats removed (x-force exhaust) and I just passed. OBD2 portion came back good and the tech did a visual and saw the cats on the stock headers and assumed the secondaries were there. You would have to look under the car to confirm them visually though.
