Trying to locate ISF owner TX

Hey guys im trying to locate an ex owner of this flooded ISF. Its Texas flooded car. Have a few questions for him. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

anyone? looks like the exhaust was removed after the car was totaled.

I'm guessing this is in Houston. I don't think any of us in the Houston F community knew who the owner was otherwise we would have known earlier.
