Custom maybe? Can't imagine it would be very hard for any decent interior shop to do. Looks good quality but not quite production level.

Maybe its the camera resolution but to me it looks more like terry cloth or microfibre than alcantara. Other than looks not sure if really serves much purpose. Alcantara on the armrests would be a better option. I believe the '13 and '14 F's have it on the front arm rest

Those were DIYs. Pretty much any company that does carbon overlays/skinning can do it, though.
