08/2009 24645mi short block rebuilt. Maybe they used the correct valley plate sealant during the rebuild? Could they have known about it back then? idk
07/2010 29744mi cigarette lighter reported broken. Was the first owner a smoker? At the same time they asked for an estimate to repair front bumper
09/2010 30073mi looks like dent in left rear quarter panel repaired/painted
04/2012 accident with "moderate damage" reported
11/2015 134822 elf recall done. no mention of valley plate leak or broken wiring harness. that's good
01/2016 137457 "engine electrical system checked"
I imagine cosmetically it's not the best but at $13k this would make a fun track toy.

edit: almost forgot: LEXUS DRIVERS.pdf

one more thing: is the check engine light on? I think the engine is running because the engine start/stop light is off and in the next pic you can see the tach is higher than zero.

I'm looking at three more that look pretty good in my eyes. I may need help in looking at these as well, not trying to spend time and effort in a wrong car. I love the look of this car, so yeah please help a new Lexusgist out please lol. I'm leaning towards the third link because of budget if that's a bad deal which of the other two? Please and thanks to everyone .

Club Lexus classifieds: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/lex...assifieds-154/

What's the most you'd be willing to offer a dealership? Before taxes and fees.

Here's a thread on the black car you posted a link to: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-2008-isf.html

For the one in Glendale Heights:
03/2015 70077mi during recall tech noted: "CAR HAS WRONG TIRE SIZE ON CAR AND HIT FENDER WALL TOO BIG"
06/2016 72136mi rattling noise coming from "aftermarket cold air intake pipe" and when they hit a bump the speakers cut out
The most recent owner seemed thorough except for the last time they took it in where it looks like they declined the service to replace 2 of the tires. The car was put up for sale 3000 miles later so who knows whats going on with the condition of the current tires.
The car spent less than a year/3000 miles in NY/CT so that's a plus (probably very little rust on this car)
There's a lot of cosmetic mods to this car if you're into that sort of thing
History report: LEXUS DRIVERS.pdf
JTHBP262785001197

The car in Highland Park, IL spent it's entire life in New England so I probably wouldn't consider it. Just my opinion.

edit: dude check this one out https://www.clublexus.com/forums/lex...xxx-miles.html

Pretty cheap for an F with less than 100k miles on it. I'd go check it out in person and also run a Carfax on it to see if there's a reason why it's selling below market value.
also, the F is a very reliable super sedan, BUT, you will still be buying an 9+ year old vehicle (if you get this one) so be prepared to tackle some wear and tear items and maintenance.

That is pretty cheap for the mileage. But like above post, be prepared to pay some money for service. Possibly brakes, water pump, plugs, tires, valve lash, etc.

Can someones please make a sticky titled "LOOKING FOR AN ISF? RELIABLE? WHAT TO LOOK FOR? IS THIS WORTH IT?".

OP - you could have just edited your opening post in your initial thread instead of making two threads.

OP, I ran autocheck and it came up with a dirty title. The odometer was rollback to the current miles. The last reported miles before rollback was 246k miles. Here is a pic of the report.Looking for a ISF help?-photo323.jpgLooking for a ISF help?-photo72.jpg

171k miles in 1.5 years?.....could be autocheck mistake, those are pretty common. Those seats dont look like they have 250k miles on them

Carfax is clean and it looks like its been serviced at Lexus dealer up till that 87k miles
