I think one of the main reasons people buy ISF/RCF is V8, no?
You don't think they will squeeze more power out of the RC-F V8?

No way, where can you grab a used M2 for $50k? Lowest I've seen is $53k and I'm sure that's been abused.

I've seen several listed $49k and $50k. Cars.com and forums

Many get rid off them for M4s (Not that M4 is a better track car, just has more luxury features)

Not unless they stick a turbo charger on top. I don't follow Lexus much, don't they have new TT V6 in LS500?

Japanese cars are tricky....lots of people find ISF and GTR ugly as well. I am sort of neutral. I can see why people can hate ISF RCF etc, but I also see the appeal. But that said, I don't think I ever met a person who thinks M cars are not good looking

You're right, M cars are generally very good looking. On the other hand, I disagree that lots of people find the ISF ugly (yes many do find the GTR ugly). I bought my 2008 ISF off the showroom floor and while I've heard many jokes about it being an overpriced Toyota, not once has anybody given anything but praise regarding the looks). Funny enough I was at the drag strip last weekend and one of the guys thought my car was brand new. He was shocked when I told him it was almost 10 years old.

Yeah, I got the same when I had S2000. Some asked me if it's something brand new from Honda lol

The E60 M5 & E63 M6 were pretty ugly, even though it has one of my favorite engines (reliability aside).

Very true. Can't count the thousands of times (literally) I've gotten compliments on the looks of the F, lol. And while not my cup of tea, TONS of people drool over the looks of the gtr also.

Pretty sure they can squeeze another 10 HP out of that engine with some tweaks. No turbo charger needed. Yes the new LS500 is a TT V6

Not one M2 on Autotrader.com under $53k. Like I said those ones you see under $50k most likely have something wrong with them. If going fast around the track is your main objective you could get a brand new Camaro SS 1LE for that price and whip that M2.

I don't know what you've seen and where. I don't use autotrader and there is nothing wrong with them. PayPal me $1k and I'll send you few links to clean 1 owner and no accident M2s under $50k listed that is, might be able to buy even cheaper

Damn...I am in good mood today, make it $500 I'll throw in a link to CPO RCF for $45-46

jk

Why are you guys discussing M2 when the topic clearly asks "what do the ISF owners think of RCF"? Is M2 a code name for RCF thereafter at some point?
