Default Had my oem sway bars tightened

Just a heads up guys. After the track work I've done I've noticed a very slight softening of the left rear suspension. In the past I had the tech tighten up the bolts and end links and it made a noticeable difference. Well this is the second time in almost 2 dozen track days. Just wanted to let the rest know that these parts can loosen up after a while. Not a bad idea to have it checked and it's a noticeable difference.

It's not a bad idea for anyone tracking a car to check ALL the suspension bolts routinely. No different than checking lug torque at the track.

Totally agree, just to add to this make sure your torque it up to the correct spec, it makes a huge difference in feel.

I had initially tightened my front bars slightly over spec and after a week I loosened and retightened them to the correct spec and it make a big difference.

An end link letting go at 10/10ths could cause a tank slapper.

Back in the 80's I had the opportunity to view a WRC event. Highly paid factory backed drivers checked lug torque themselves.
