Default Another successful USRS install

The USRS fixes the one weak spot of the oem 2011+ suspension. With the USRS installed, I honestly think the 2011+ suspension is near perfect in terms of comfort and sport.

Most notable is the absence of brake dive/wobble on hard stops. Next, it is very noticeable when making full lock turns, especially in reverse, you don't feel that rubbery feeling anymore.

If there is any additional NVH, I can't discern it.

Long story short, what a great mod. Takes the suspension from good to great.

Shouldn't take more than 2 hours and that's if you really take your time. It was one of my first mods I did on the ISF and it took me about 2 hours and I only had a 1/2" craftsman ratchet and torque wrench. didn't have a pry bar or anything. if i did it again, i could do it in under 30 minutes.

Are you on stock suspension? ALso., do you have to press out the old bushings?

I'm reading mixed messages. Some people are getting an alignment after install, some aren't. Looking for the right answer

Took my mechanic with shop tools about 30 minutes for both sides, another 20 to align. Fast. He said most time was spent torquing the bolts per the instructions.

Toe was off a tad at first--not sure if it was that way ahead of the install or due to the install. I previously had Lexus "check" the alignment and they said it was good, so, take it for what it's worth.

Yes, I'm on stock 2011 suspension and it's great. While I wouldn't mind the front being 1/2" lower for looks, I just don't want to risk diminishing what is a really good suspension, especially now with the USRS added.

If your aligned now, not really necessary, but couldn't hurt. When I installed mine, I didn't do an alignment at that time.

I would align just in case. I aligned before then had it installed then went for alignment again and my toe on one wheel front was a bit outta spec. I have lifetime alignment so it wasn't a big deal for me.

Where did you get lifetime alignment from?

Had a chance to do some driving tonight and the car feels great! This quite literally is what the car should have felt like stock. I know that's an overused cliche, but now the whole suspension feels like it is in tune whereas before the LCA bushings felt very out of place with regard to the stiffness of the rest of the suspension. Huge difference overall.

I think Firestone and even pepboys do lifetime alignments but I don't think most Firestone's will touch modified suspensions. Results may vary.
