Nothing screams quality and well kept like an entire bottle of armor-all on the interior + hankook tires.

Well, to be fair they are at least RS3's which are at least a sticky tire.

There was a white ISF 112K miles and the guy was asking $21 for it. I sold my F with 63K miles on it with the mods I have on my signature for $29.5. IMHO the price is kind of high for a car with questionable mods and 155K miles.

i text the seller about the springs, he replied saying he doesn't know what kind they are.

I'm willing to wager that those Hankooks are better than your tires. I do concur with your armor all sentiment though

Then he got ripped off. Some of Unobtainium Welding custom ti exhausts don't even cost that much lol.
