Default 2008 Lexus Valve Cover Gasket Leak

Hello fellas, my wonderful 2008 ISF is approaching 105k miles. I was smelling rubber when flooring my car or aggressively downshifting, and it was also eating a decent amount of oil (1.5 qt or so every 3k miles) so i decided to see what the issue is while changing out my spark plugs. My plugs were relatively dry except for 1 or 2, but then i saw an obvious oil leak. Here are some photos for you. Oh, and also my waterpump is approaching it's final hours.
Do any of you have any experiences like this?

Is yours visibly leaking? I am actively trying to find people with similar issues, but everything is quiet.
Could really use the knowledge of some people that went through with it.

08 with 111k. Mine doesn't burn oil or anything but will look into during it's next oil change. I get a funny smell every now and then when I go WOT. Not necessarily rubber but not a normal smell.

i haven't heard of anyone having this issue. Lance changed all of his gaskets and said they were very brittle. They're rubber and deteriorate so its somewhat expected.

I changed them at 136k miles or so. I had the valve covers off at 64k for the valve lash inspection and they were still soft and supple, so I didn't change them out. None of the seals were brittle - at least not like a Supra - so even at 136k, I only changed what was crisp and it wasn't a lot.

If you want the list of mandatory seals/gaskets at 100k miles plus, see the "Done the 60k mile Valve Clearance Inspection yet?" thread's post #62.

I don't know if this is the same area I was looking at earlier on my car but here' my thread for reference, turned out someone spilt some oil or something on the engine: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...gine-leak.html

My mistake, I read that thread a while ago and thought that you found some deteriorated seals.

^ Actually mine turned out to be just some spilt oil on the engine.

It's been a few months now after cleaning the area and nothing has come back.
