Im looking for any pics how to remove the subframe oem bushing and torque specs for this install. I already tear down the elsd pumpkin. Hoping somebody to chime in for the help.
check out the product page on FIGs website .Instructions are on there.
Just a reminder guys, we suggest replacing both pinion mount bushings and the rear mount bushings at the same time. The reason is to match the material properties and prevent stress from displacing onto the other mount if it is not alike. As far as removal goes, the best technique we have found is to make a small slit with an air body saw in the outside factory bushing ring. Do not cut the subframe sheet metal. Once a small slit is formed, use an air chisel to fold and form it inward, peeling it away from the subframe. Continue this process as needed until a single spot is released, removing press tension on the bushing cup. Then it should chisel out the rear. Just be patient as it will take some time and careful pressure applied to the right spot.
Note that we now have 3 different options for rear diff bushings as SuperPro released a version as well that is a little different. The face mount version in 90 duro with our bushings is still the most tested version for the F, but we also have other versions that space the support back into the subframe more for those of you adding more power. Contact us if in doubt, we are here to help.
Also from the Service manual here are the torque specs.
Thanks, Mike
