Pothole Trouble

To close the loop on this....after spending every weekend investigating the problem, the problem is solved!
The area circled in red needed to be lightly pried away from the chassis. When I hit the pothole the fender shifted and either tightened the clearance between the chassis and the bracket or somehow loosened a portion of the weld. It caused the bracket to rub on the chassis and created binding noise heard in the vid.
Car is now back to normal, no squeaks, creaks or anything else.

I would like to share that this also resolved the same issue for me on the driver side. The noise in the videos posted matches my noise exactly, except on the driver side. Here is a picture of this fix on the driver side abd where you need to pry. You’ll need a towel under a fairly stout screw driver to safely and effectively pry. It does not have to come far at all. Just go small increments and test. The rubber piece covering the area just needed a pair of needle nose to come loose. After I got it 90% of the way reduced, I popped the hood and just did some pulling outwards along the edge of the fender and that got the rest of it.
I am not sure exactly what caused my noise. No memorable potholes.
