Does the RR Racing Tune remove the top speed limiter?

From what i have heard and seen some posts on Instagram, top speed is limited to 282 KPH (Speedo Reading). There is an option provided by some company in Japan which can remove the limiter and the top speed achieved was 303 KPH (Speedo Reading).
This was in the Middle East so temperature is definitely a factor.

I can confirm 142mph on my manual 02 IS300 (at the time had just SRT intake and his exhaust. Now I have Dezod headers which was a big power jump.....But while 100 mph comes decently quick, 130+ takes forever and isn't the smoothest thing at all... Probably never do it again in that car).
I can also confirm 172 on my '12 F stock at the time. Super smooth all the way to 170+....And still pulling.....I wish I would have stayed in it to see where it would've topped out at because I don't go to Mexico often :-(
But 130-140 comes quick , fast and in a hurry with the F. Now lowered and Joe Z exhaust, imo, it pulls harder in the triple digits more than anything. That's where I saw the bigger performance increase being lowered and with the exhaust.

I did just purchase the RR-Racing Tune for the 3IS and big thanks for Rafi and Simon for adding my Dubai tune to the OBD programmer !!
Once I receive the OBD I will start a thread with all the info that's most ppl need to know !!

I did tune my car in Dubai at @Dubike_Dyno !!
I did just purchase the RR-Racing Tune for the 3IS and big thanks for Rafi and Simon for adding my Dubai tune to the OBD programmer !!
Once I receive the OBD I will start a thread with all the info that's most ppl need to know !!
