Guess it was somewhat your hiccup for not checking the carfax before purchase....but of course still doesn't justify them not disclosing that info with you before selling it to you.

I took the same isf for a test drive a couple of months ago at Bolton Toyota and noticed a wobble at 80ish kph. Upon closer inspection, the hood was badly misaligned which led me to believe that the damage was possibly more than just cosmetic. Am I ever glad I stayed away.

Additionally, the ad on autotrader had the carfax posted which revealed the accident history and the initial out of province registration. I'm just surprised that the salesperson did not reveal any of this to the OP. New listing on the dealer's website has the carfax attached as well.

So this old fart just took delivery of a '11 ISF.
