Guess it was somewhat your hiccup for not checking the carfax before purchase....but of course still doesn't justify them not disclosing that info with you before selling it to you.

Congratulations 2011 is a great choice. I would kept the SUV for winter.

Additionally, the ad on autotrader had the carfax posted which revealed the accident history and the initial out of province registration. I'm just surprised that the salesperson did not reveal any of this to the OP. New listing on the dealer's website has the carfax attached as well.
