Ok cool deal. I see prices are varying a little. Shop here quoted me $380 total for the springs and exhaust install. I have a few friends with lifts and said they can do both for $100 with my help... Just not sure if it's one of those things where if I went that route if I'll be wondering "should I have just spent a few hundred bucks more for piece of mind to know it's done right?!?". But there is no labor warranty from the shop since the items being installed weren't purchased threw them... Lol, kinda understandable.
But for you guys that have done the exhaust themselves, the Joe Z is a direct bolt up correct? No welding or special install required?

Yeah exhaust is easy. Just bolt on. The only reason i paid is cuz no lift and I'm lazy. Only cost me $50 (45 mins) at shop so not worth my time doing it at home

labor rate for exhaust is 1 hour
Springs is 2.5-3 hours

Look for a good shop with a decent labor rate.
California is about $75-100 depending on where you go.

Hope that helps and I'm glad you got your order

Can someone recommend me a place in San Diego for swift spring install? Willing to pay up to 300 for good work on the install and that has worked on ISF s before.

Thanks

Some shops have different billable shop rates/hours depending on the location. $150 seems reasonable for LA area but dealerships would charge 3 hours.

Isn't hks just axle back? They on crack if they say it's 3 hours. I got my full joe z exhaust for $50 total, took the local shop 45 mins. It's just a lift, a few bolts... and replace...

Got it done here. He's an old Asian guy

$125 for the exhaust. $250 for the springs. Quoted from my local Toyota service center.
