The paint on that bumper looks like it has seen much better days - or the flash on the camera is making it look a lot worse than it is.
I'd be looking at a repaint at a minimum. Too bad Sewell isn't still selling prepainted bumper covers. Those were a really sweet deal.

And it's just really dirty from the holder previously being on there, and I had just drove it back from NC, so plenty of bugs. There is that one white scuff mark, which I'd hope may come out with a polish, but respray would probably be the better way to go.
