Just curious, has this been proven already?

Awaiting visual proof.

BTW, the current record holder (Caymandive) ran an 11.87 with neither a tune or tuned intake.

I've seen that, however everything has to be absolutely perfect in order for that too happen. In a scat pack all you need to have is drag radials and you'll hit 11's easy. Even if everything isn't perfect.. I feel like caymandive's time would have been a flat 12 in slightly warmer weather or if any other variable wasn't perfect.

The biggest issue isn't traction it's the inability to get 1.6-1.7 60' times NA. Our trap is high enough at 118-119mph but being stuck at 1.8x makes it very tough to get any lower than a 11.9.

I haven't been into the Lexus performance world (if there's such a thing) until recently but I've been a muscle car enthusiast for a few decades and have owned several Camaro's, T/A's, Mustangs and SRT's. I know little about the ISF's performance and it's powertrain but stock for stock and both drivers being equal ISF vs Scat pack I'm fairly certain in a straight line the ISF would get it's *** handed to by the Scat pack. Rarely do I ever see ISF's at a drag strip let alone on the street. When power mods are added to either one then all bets are off.

Time slip?

Most imports that run those numbers are heavily modified and strip down to the point they aren't really practical street cars but rather dedicated track cars.

not yet my best is a 12.014 at 119 with a DA of -700. I also had figs 2 piece rotors in the rear for those runs (-4.5lbs each side). I just got 18" drag radials and I'm hoping for good conditions this fall.

All posted in the drag thread along with a nice 3 minute video of my runs from one of the nights this past spring. Mine has full interior, stock wheels and my daily driver.

It has to weigh at least 4-500 lbs more than the ISF . It's a bit of porker and the ISF is no feather weight
