Seriously? Get a vacuum cleaner and suck out the dirt. I do that every time I change the filter. If you really want to test this, you should use the no filter as your target and compare all other filters to no filter at all.
I didn't run filters on my bike for years. Nothing made to fit on old school Keihin CRs.

Haha, no way I am doing that...
I'd like to see how much no filters on a turbo supra adds though there seems to be quite a few tuners taking off their filters at the track

Church has tuned my MR2 before, very knowledgeable guy to say the least. But a lot of folks looking for a "feel" difference, you cant feel a 5hp gain, but I know every little bit helps. I did a sikky intake pipe which is basically the same as all the rest. Cant argue with a free few HP

10+ whp is a lot, I don't think its that accurate. was the baseline stock intake pull the first run and was the intake/filter the 2nd/3rd run? All the ISF socal guys during all dyno days here saw the 2nd pull on dyno to be 10+ whp over the first pull (every car, everytime, no matter what mods). It seems like first pull is like warm up for the car and ecu to adjust. Then all of our next 3 pulls were very close 1-3 hp difference. we were able to do 4 pulls each car (averaging the last 3)
