Default Not Another Tire Wear Issue: Only RF w/Figs LCAB

Alight guys, I've spent days reading every suspension/alignment post and I think this is unique enough to start a new thread asking for help...

I am lowered on KW V3's, running Figs lower control arm bushings with toe set to 0 for alignment just to be safe. Before upgrading to the Figs CAB's, I had the usual inner tire wear on both fronts. I then set the alignment to the safer toe=0 and it got better but still not perfect, so we installed the Figs bushings which made things great.

In the last 20k miles, something is off. My LF tire (MIchelin Pilot Super Sport) easily lasted the 20K miles with very even wear. But I've gone through 2 RF tires, with the same outcome. After about 8-10K miles, the inner edge by the sidewall is so worn that the tire has physically separated. If you see the pic below, there is significant tire failure. Same issue, 2 tires on same side.

Now, if this was happening on both sides, I would assume its the normal ISF inner tire wear issue. But since we upgraded the CAB's, still have toe set to 0 and the LF is wearing perfectly, something else must be off. A check of all the main suspension points shows all bushings to be ok. Car has never been in a wreck and you can see the alignment specs below appear ok. Tire appears choppy, like a toe issue but the Figs bushing appears fine.

Any ideas?

is that reading you posted after the tires started to wear? or is it from your alignment prior to having the tires installed?

I put the car back on the rack 2 days ago, after I noticed the tire issue by chance (while doing my bumper/headlights), expecting to find the RF alignment to be way off. This is a picture of the settings as we found them this week, so nothing to change which is what threw me off.

(I wrote off the first tire failure after 10K miles as a fluke)

How wide are these tires? Judging from the exposed rim lip, are they stretched?

Pie, good question. Might be a possibility. Checking into it.

XutvJet, nothing too crazy. It's a 245/30/20 tire on a 9.5" wheel. I don't believe that's an issue since the other side is wearing normal.

Any other ideas guys?
I'm going to swap out and install the RR Racing USRS since they appear to be well made and slightly change caster to help. But at this point I'm just replacing to replace, just in case one of the FIGS bushings is shot and its not evident.

My last set was down to the indicators in less than 5k for the rears . The record is 7K

The track will eat them faster than stance and they wear perfectly even.

To the OP I would see if you can PM Figs or wait until he chimes in. I agree that the asymmetrical aspect of the wear is troubling. I bet you Lobux would be able to figure this out or at least point you into the right direction
