Nice review. I wonder why they supplied gaskets that apparently don't work? The is-f is picky about the seal between the manifold and the exhaust, as I had a CEL the first time I installed a Joe-z exhaust on my car.
Seems like the hangers would be simple enough to change that they would want to do so in order to sell more in the US. Or maybe you could fab up some clamps and hangers on the side for beer money for those that don't want to mess with it.

Not sure about all this talk on EURO or USA spec hangers..!!
They are the same on every IS F across the Globe.
As a matter of fact our PTS system is made for one Global IS F and has been properly fitted onto every IS F we sold to, including RHD & LHD US spec & None US spec 2008 to 2014.
From UAE to Bahrain to UK to Aus to New Zeland.
We researched this before going to market over 7 years ago..
Seems like the "savings" are out weighed by the fitment, quality + extra work & time needed to make it fit correctly.
These two threads covered a lot more of the concerns I would have..
1) New Budget Exhaust on the Market
2) X Force vs PTS Joe Z side by side compare
Anyways I don't want to take away anymore from this thread.. But if anyone has questions feel free to let me know..

Actually the more I drive the car the more I love it. The exhaust note is perfect nice and deep. The no drone is also great!
The fitment wasn't to bad at all I left everything loose and once all together went back and tightened. By the end it was a perfect fit with no rattles on any parts of the car.
When I first put the pipes to the header manifold I kinda knew it wasn't going to deal but I tried it anyways. Common sense should have been keep the crush rings but oh well live and learn.
The only part that didn't fit was the hangers which was no big deal for me since I have a mig in the garage. If you guys grind them off and move them to where I have measured them to you'll be golden. But should anyone want me to do them just pm me and I'll do it.

I've contacted 3 different X Force stockists now to get a price on the varex setup including shipping to the UK. 3PConnect never returned my email, the German stockist said they would get back to me with a price and then stopped replying to my emails and the Turkish stockist said they would get me a price asap but I've heard nothing since.

don't think the iphone is the best to record sound... i recorded a muscle car on the dyno just before... i had to plug my ears cause it was so loud, yet the video tells a different tale.

I have given my X Force system (non varex) a good run since the install - short and long drives, occasional WOT hit etc and overall I am extremely happy with my choice this time around!
I have previously had the ISS DES system and the HKS SSM axle back, the ISS DES droned too much and the HKS was silent - I priced up a custom mid for the HKS and it just wasnt worth it considering the cost of the X Force system.
In total I paid $970USD installed ($1350 Australian) - you guys can get it even cheaper so thats a win.
From my research the ISF X Force system is basically the IS350 system just modified to suit - maybe this is why its not as loud as the alternate systems?
PRO's so far :
- aggressive cold-start noise we all love.
- not too loud when you dont want it to be (manual mode)
- nice deep tone when you punch it
- no drone
- price considering its a full stainless system
- no CEL's so far
CON's so far :
- supplied gaskets are garbage
- marketing / dyno numbers etc are non existant
- welds arent as pretty as the alternate systems
- have to cut the rear muffler tip to fit
now for some videos I tried to capture a variety so you can get an idea!
