Yeah they have terrible customer service. The salesman wasnt responsive, to the point I was dealing with the sales manager. Took forever on sending me the bill of sale and once I received it the car was labeled as IS 250 lol. I requested for specific photos and that took days....killed the deal. Still on the hunt.

I called this place few days ago. First I spoke with the sale rep and she told me gonna talk to the sale mananger, 5 mins later calls me back and said she is the sale mananger and someone from Dallas already put down the deposit, if I want it I have to pay 3k or 4k more. then I just hang up. lolz

I looked into this car as well and found it had the front driver side strut replaced twice already. There was something about an alignment needing to be checked because the owner bumped into a curb (possibly explaining the scratch on the front bumper). It was also on its third set of tires by 30k miles. I know these have had inner tire wear problems, but that still seems excessive.
