What are the detailed specs (offset, tire size, rim width etc) for installing a set of 20's on the ISF?

Staggered size of course.

I have a set of 20's on my 99 Lexus GS, that I want to install on an ISF (I plan to get one soon to replace my totalled GS).

The specs of the wheels I have now are Individ Logic 20 inch

Fronts are: 20x9.0" +33 - tire size 245/35-20
Rears are: 20x10.0" +39 - tire size 275/30-20

What modifications would I need to make to the ISF (Fender roll, Inner fender lip roll etc) to get these wheels to work? Or would I need to modify the wheels themselves to fit (offset etc?)

I've already checked (the wheels are not damaged).

Rim sizes and offsets should be good, i run similar sizes and offsets.

Front size tire probably/will rub, rear should be ok
